At Slab Headz, we know there's nothing more exciting than waiting for your mystery slab to arrive. That's why we take great care in preparing every order, ensuring your Grade 10 Pokémon card reaches you safely and securely.

Order Processing

Once your order has been placed, we'll begin preparing your mystery slab for dispatch.

As every order is individually selected and quality checked before shipping, please allow 3–7 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll always aim to keep you informed.

Our Quality Promise

Every Slab Headz Mystery Slab goes through a final quality inspection before it leaves us.

Before dispatch, we carefully check that:

  • ✅ Your mystery slab is an authentic Grade 10 Pokémon card.
  • ✅ It has been graded by one of our approved grading companies, including PSA, ACE Grading, CGC or Beckett.
  • ✅ The slab is free from any significant cracks, chips or damage that could affect its presentation.
  • ✅ The correct mystery product has been selected for your order.
  • ✅ Your order is securely packaged to protect it during transit.

This additional quality check helps ensure every customer receives the premium mystery experience we promise. While it may add a little extra time before dispatch, we believe it's worth it to deliver the highest standards every time.

UK Shipping

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked services.

Every order includes:

  • Fully tracked delivery
  • Delivery updates directly from Royal Mail
  • Secure packaging designed to protect your graded slab throughout its journey

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Packaging

Every Slab Headz Mystery Slab is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

Your order will be securely packed using:

  • Protective wrapping around your graded slab.
  • A durable cardboard shipping box.
  • Additional protective packaging to minimise movement during transit.

From the moment your order leaves us to the moment you open it, our priority is making sure your mystery arrives safely and ready to enjoy.

Delivery Estimates

United Kingdom

  • Royal Mail Tracked: Estimated delivery within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that these delivery estimates are provided by Royal Mail and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping

At this time, Slab Headz ships within the United Kingdom only.

We're working towards expanding internationally in the future, so keep an eye on our website and social media channels for updates.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email containing your Royal Mail tracking details.

If you haven't received your dispatch confirmation within 7 working days of placing your order, please contact us at slabheadztcg@gmail.com, and we'll be happy to help.

Delivery Delays

Although we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Royal Mail service disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your purchase.

Slab Headz cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.

If you've made an error with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at slabheadztcg@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We'll work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue and do everything we can to resolve it promptly and fairly.
